Shortly before bedtime evening meal increases likely the chance of high blood pressure and thus cardiac disease.
Cardiologists of Turkish Dokuz Eylül university, surveyed 721 people with high blood pressure, reports The Telegraph. Tracked what they ate, how much salt they binnenkregen, their ontbijtgewoontes and what time they dined.
People who have two hours or less before bedtime dine were more likely to have suffered from a blood pressure at night, not good drops. This form of high blood pressure according to the researchers, is especially dangerous.
In total suffered more than 24 percent of the ‘late eaters’ on this form of high blood pressure, at over 14 percent, people who were eating. They are thus more likely to, for example, a heart attack.
The people who let avondaten, bleaching is often the skip breakfast. This is in earlier investigations linked to the risk of cardiac disease.
“More and more people skip the breakfast and eat in the evening too late,” said research leader Ebru Özpelit on a cardiologencongres in Rome, where she research told.
“It is important to determine the ideal times to eat. That is possible as important as what we eat. A small dinner early in the evening seems to be the best,” said Özpelit.
