Lawyers and prosecutors do not come to agreement in murder case Ingrid Visser
The lawyers of the accused persons in the case of the murder of the Dutch couple Lodewijk Severein and Ingrid Visser are unable to make a deal with the prosecutors to close.
The newspaper La Verdad de Murcia reports Thursday that consultations between the lawyers and prosecutors and counsel for survivors Tuesday in a fruitless remained.
The defense wanted for the three hoofdverdachten twenty years in prison, while prosecutors fifty years, claims for the murder. If an agreement was reached, it would be a process not have been required. The process should be the 28th of september to start and takes expected until mid-november.
The Dutch volleybalster and her partner were mid-may 2013 in the area of Murcia brutally murdered. Visser had from 2009 to 2011 in the city played at the club CAV Murcia 2005. Prime suspect Juan Cuenca Lorente was the manager at that club. He could be a conflict with the Dutch couple have had.
About the backgrounds justice hardly anything published. The volleybalclub went up in 2011 at under and left large debts behind, among more Fisherman.
Severein and Cuenca were business partners. Severein would together with Cuenca have tried to have as much as possible out of the bankrupt club to drag. Obviously it was Severein a block to the leg of Cuenca.
Cuenca would for a few thousand euros to the two Romanian hoofdverdachten,Valentin Ion and Constantin Stan, have enabled the Dutch couple out of the way to clean up.
