Lawyer said Myanmar shot in Yangon

A lawyer of the ruling party National League for Democracy (NLD) was Sunday shot dead at the airport in the capital Yangon.
The victim came back from a business trip in Indonesia when an unknown man opened fire. In addition, two others injured.
“They have my boss shot, he is dead. I stand next to his body and there is blood on the ground,” says the assistant of the lawyer told Reuters.
The police have now a suspect held. A motive for the murder is not yet clear. The lawyer is a prominent figure of the muslim community in the country.
