Some of the participants on Wednesday in the first democratic debate in Miami expressed support for the 2020 candidate ” platform elements such as the Green New Deal, according to Fox News contributor, Lawrence Jones.

Jones said he spoke with several participants about their thoughts on the Democrats’ policy, the Campus Reform editor-in-chief, host Sean Hannity said on Wednesday, in the latest edition of “Hannity.”

A participant said that the Green New Deal-passage is out of reach, Jones said.

“Do you think it is realistic?”, he asked a woman, participating in the Miami event.

“Absolutely,” said the woman. “I think our future depends on something like this, and we all need to take care of it. So there should be enough support.”

Another participant said Jones, “I think that it is 25 years overdue. I think we talked about this 25 years ago. … We knew it was a problem, and we have ignored them.”

He said that other participants had had a variety of reactions to terms such as “democratic socialism”.

“I think that the word “socialism” has been hijacked, because we are Democrats and we are Americans,” another participant told Jones.

Another woman said, the term “democratic socialist” was “interesting”.

“I’m not a Bernie-trailer, so I would not know how to answer your question,” she said, referring to the Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, sen, I-Vt.

Jones said Hannity 2020 Democratic presidential field seems to be out of touch with the mainstream American politics as well.

“I think it is a crisis of identity,” he said. “I think you candidates who do not quite understand, where America in the past elections, and so you feel like you needed this radical approach.have

“But when you talk with people on the street, although you want to change this, if you are in the details of the policy, you don’t know what’s in it.”
