Large investment in Dutch gamesbedrijf Gambitious
The Dutch game publisher Gambitious has an investment equivalent to about three million won of the American media – and communication company Advance.
With the money the company wants to be behind, for example, Transport Fever grow further and larger projects to adopt.
“By Dutch standards, this is going to be a great investment,” says founder and business director Paul Hanraets. The game publisher went so far as’a few tons of for new games, but is now willing to about a million to open their wallets as a developer with a good game.
Gambitious announced at the same time a name change. The company is now called Good Shepherd Entertainment, the role as a publisher, more to stress. The company started in 2011 and was actually big thanks to crowdfunding. Individuals could, for a relatively small amount to invest in a game and thus then claim any winnings.
Meanwhile, the search for funding for the company is larger addressed. But retail investors can still make money in specific games that are in development.
