Kylie Jenner, has filed for a trademark on the phrase “rise and shine”, which she sang with her daughter in a clip from a video tour of her office, which went viral, according to a new report.
In the video, Jenner, 22, woke up in her one-year-old daughter, Stormi, due to the turning on of the lights and the singing of the three words in less than three seconds.
By Entertainment Tonight, the trade mark should be granted, it would have been in the Jenner’s clothes, and beauty products. They are also the registered trade mark “Riiise, and Shiiinnee” for the clothing lines as well.

Fans and followers of the Jenner’s, took to Twitter to have their say and to give, as soon as the news of the submission to be distributed.
“Was it really the trademark of rise and shine,” one user wrote. “Look what yall did.”
Another said, “it was just a funny meme for the week, nothing more, nothing less…”
The others said to her, with one user saying, “y’all would hate on her to try to trademark” rise and shine, ” I think you may have forgotten that she is a woman. she’s getting her COINS!”
Jenner’s voice, inspired by a mother who Jenner later shared on her Instagram account with a video of her daughter dancing.

Just a few of the moments in the video, Stormi reiterated, “papa, sing it,” but when Jenner’s phone, asking her to play music from her father, Scott, is Home.
