Koeman despite loss of points happy with the game of Everton
Ronald Koeman missed Friday with Everton expensive items on a visit to Hull City (2-2), but the trainer of the ‘Caramels’ kept a good feeling about the showing of the game of his team.
By goals from Michael Dawson and Robert Snodgrass came Everton twice on the backlog, but by an own goal from Hull goalkeeper David Marshall and a hit of Ross Barkley, it was just often the same.
“I am very happy with our game. The moderate start could me less delight, but we have our good side and are two times well come back”, was the 53-year-old Koeman positive.
The former trainer of Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord has so far been a mixed season with Everton. The club from Liverpool is currently seventh with 27 points from nineteen points. Koeman sticks to what he is up against Hull City saw his team.
“We played good and knew a lot of chances to create. Perhaps the most opportunities so far during a match. The first tegendoelpunt was unnecessary, but on the second hit of the Hull, we could actually do nothing.”
Saturday, on new year’s eve, there are seven Premier League duels on the program. Among others, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City to come in action.
