KNVB gives fourteen clubs in the Second and Third Division points deducted
The license commission of the Dutch fa (KNVB) has fourteen amateur three points deducted imposed, because they do not meet the conditions with regard to employment contracts.
It is going to be one club from the Second Division and thirteen clubs from the Third Division, reports the KNVB Wednesday. Both divisions are new this year in the voetbalpiramide. In total there are 54 clubs in the two divisions.
To which clubs, the football association not published. Until February 1, can the clubs appeal, then the punishment is final.
According to local media is the Amsterdam AFC the club from the Second Division and would Juliana’31, Be Quick 1887, vv Dongen, ETUC, HBS, Hercules, Maghreb’90, OJC Rosmalen, Quick20, UDI’19, Westlandia, ODIN’59 and Harkemase Boys in the conscious clubs in the Third Division.
Clubs from the Second Division shall have eight players with contracts of at least twelve hours per week. In the Third Division relates to three obligatory contractspelers.
The associations have to promote one year of transition, but after that year, clubs from the Second Division shall be deemed thirteen contractspelers. In the Third Division to the clubs a year after promotion about six contractspelers.
Clubs had until november 1, the time to comply with the license terms. Until January 13, gave the man the opportunity to the terms and conditions in order to get, but that is the fourteen clubs was not successful.

Since this season, it is possible to from the Second Division to promotion to the Jupiler League. The new rules are created to flow from the amateur to professional football as possible.
Jan Dirk van der Zee, director of amateur football at the KNVB, says that the consequences for the clubs are meant to be under similar conditions against each other to be able to play.
“We have to behave to the rules that we have dedicated. Also because we all have agreed that just under the top of the professional football clubs are gradually preparing for a possible entrance in the top.”
The three points will be permanently deducted if a club may not appeal against the decision of the licensing committee. Several associations have already indicated the punishment to fight.
