The Ghent pop-up Kinokwa launches delicious quinoaburgers. The pop-upzaak, located in the heart of Ghent and recognizable by the alpaca on the shop window, it attracts visitors of the christmas market who are looking for an alternative to the traditional snacks.
The vegetarian burgers are a mix of South-Amérikaanse and North African cuisine. They consist of a citizen of quinoa from Peru, a roll with a meal by a Moroccan bakery is prepared and fresh vegetables. And you can choose from two versions: a “classic” burger (with basicilummayonaise) and a spicy burger (with horseradish mayonnaise).
For its citizens used Kinokwa only quinoa from fair trade, and sells it in the restaurant.
