King Filip worried about Donald Trump and Brexit
The Belgian king Filip has Tuesday striking things about the Brexit and the outcome of the U.s. elections, and without the countries to name a few.
“The year 2016 we will forever remember as the year in which two major friendly countries decided to have their policy now is mainly on themselves,” said the prince.
According to the king is evident from the choice of the British to the European Union to leave and the election of Donald Trump, “the prevailing crisis of confidence in the western world”.
“We will not succeed in restoring confidence by the clock to turn back, from a kind of utopian, nostalgic thought. And not even by the erection of walls,” he said in his annual speech to the Belgian authorities.
