Wilnis-Pereira main event of Glory 65

Wilnis-Pereira was the main event of Glory 65. Also in the lightweight there was a battle for the world title. The Armeen Harut Grigorian was surprisingly too strong for the Thai defending champion Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong.

Grigorian, who in the Netherlands trains, was from the outset impressed with a number of powerful punches, and eventually by the jury unanimously considered the winner.

Sitsongpeenong is one of the most dominant kickboksers of this time and went for the first time in three and a half years back at the biggest kickboksorganisatie in the world.

Rico Verhoeven hopes at the end of this year again in action. The world champion in the heavyweight demands of Glory, that he in december in the ring against Badr Hari.
