Fox411: Comedian Kevin Hart, and apologized to his wife and children for the mistakes of the past, and it turned out to be a suspected extortion attempt, in an emotional Instagram post

Montia Sabbag, the woman who appeared in the alleged intimate video featuring Kevin Hart, was used in an attempt to extort the comedian, in 2017, is suing the star for $60 million.

In the court documents, obtained by the People, and Sabbag tells the 40-year-old funny man, and the intentional inflicting of emotional distress, negligence, and violations of the right to privacy.

Sabbag is claiming that the Heart was on the video, and shows off his boyfriend, Jonathan, Michael, is in his suite and for the record, Sabbag, without its knowledge or its consent. Sabbag is claiming that the Heart had been trying to use the scandal for the publicity for his “Irresponsible Tour, and that was a record-breaking comedy, and general pop culture status.”

In September 2017, When the Heart is admitted to be a “bad error in judgment” and apologized to his wife, Eniko Parrish, who was expecting her first child with the actor and his two older children, and Heaven, 12, and Hendrix, may 9, after it was revealed that he had been filmed engaging in sexually suggestive behavior with Sabbag.

“I’m at a point in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back,” Hart said on Instagram. “And because of that, I need to make a smart decision. And I don’t. You know what, I’m not perfect. I’m not going to sit there and tell me that I am or claim to be, in any way, shape or form. I made a bad error in judgement, and I put myself in a bad environment, but bad things can and do happen, and they did.”

In May 2018, the 41-year-old Jackson was charged with attempted extortion, and extortion by threatening letter, allegedly from the leak of the video.

Prosecutors alleged that Jackson was trying to extort an undisclosed amount of Heart in April 2017, and then tried to sell the video to the celebrity news web sites.

Shortly after the charges were announced, Hart tweeted: “the Mind is blown…the Pain…at a loss for words and in total disbelief at the moment. Yes it is.”

Attorney Lisa Bloom, who said in September that someone has secretly filmed a “bedroom pictures” of her client’s Sabbag, with the Heart of a suite in the hotel, welcomed the costs.

“Montia, and I have been very glad to know that the alleged extortionist is brought to justice,” Bloom said on Twitter at the moment. “As a victim of a crime, in this case, Montia has fully co-operated with the police since the very beginning.”

When the sex video was first released, Sabbag was on her third lawyer, said that she did not intend to sue Hart, who is also to be regarded as a victim of the extortion plot.

Meanwhile, sources told TMZ that Hart has been working with the D. A.’s case against Jackson, it’s something they can claim is that he was not likely to do so if he is one way or the other involved in the making of the movie Sabbag design.

The lawyers, who are reportedly refusing to give up Sabbag, a dime, and sources told the site that there will not be a solution to be found.
