Kelsey Berreth’s fiancé heard Colorado prosecutors on Monday formally charged him with five crimes related to the disappearance and the presumed murder the mother of his 1-year-old child.
Patrick Frazee, 32, said during a hearing in the Teller County Court that he is charged with first-degree murder in the first degree felony murder and three counts of solicitation to commit first-degree murder, FOX31 Denver reported.
The felony murder charge accused Frazee of the murder of the 29-year-old flight instructor during a robbery.

The invitation costs are accusing Frazee of conspiring with someone to kill Berreth on three different occasions from Sept. 1 Nov. 1.
Berreth was last seen on Thanksgiving in a supermarket. That day, Frazee said he and Berreth exchanged custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Kaylee. The police said that they believe Berreth was killed after the custody exchange at her house.
Three days after her disappearance, her cell phone pinged 600 miles in Idaho and her boss got a text message from her mobile phone to say that she was taking off that week. Her mother reported her missing Dec. 2.

Berreth the body is not found and the police and prosecutors have not said how she was killed and why. They have not discussed what evidence they have obtained to charge Frazee.
“All the facts in this case are under seal, so I can’t talk with you about a possible motive,” Teller County District Attorney Dan May said.
Frazee has been held without bail since his arrest Dec. 21. He is the only one who has been arrested in the case.

He had on prison garb when he appeared in court and during the procedure, unable to speak, according to FOX31.
The prosecutors said they bring more information about the case at a preliminary hearing Jan. 29. At that time, Frazee can enter a plea.
Maybe told reporters that prosecutors have not yet decided whether to seek the death penalty.
Berreth’s parents were awarded temporary custody of Kaylee at a hearing last week. Kaylee was living with Frazee after Berreth disappeared.
