Fitness guru Steve Itsines shares a few fun facts about her life, loves, and you don’t want to know
Social media commenters can be cruel, and with the online body-shamers, most recently accusing the blogger Kayla Itsines, the promotion of unrealistic post-pregnancy fitness goals. The fitness guru, and caught heat for it with the announcement of its formation of “come-back” after giving birth two months ago to have a trim-looking Instagram post.
Earlier this week, the 27-year-old influencer has shared a photo of herself looking slim in a white sports bra, red spandex pants and white sneakers, to share the good news. For the blogger, it was all smiles in the shot, looking lean and cradling her flat stomach.
“That has been adopted for a LIGHT training for over a week now, my doctor and physical therapist), I’m starting to really feel like myself again, and not just in a physical sense,” Itsines bottom center of the image, which have been found to nearly 90 000 times. “I am so motivated, because for me, fitness, my care, my time and my PASSION,” she said, adding that the hashtag “comeback.”

Some critics, meanwhile, were less than impressed with the new update.
“These kinds of pictures are exactly the sort of thing that makes women hate their bodies,” one Instagram commenter called them. “Most of the women have been in your body, it is because of your genetics, no matter how much dieting or exercise they do. Having a perfect abs for a couple of weeks after the baby is extremely rare.”
“To be honest with you, with an account of the following of almost 12 million, and really wish that you would be placed in a more raw and honest journey of what your post-pregnancy experience,” another agreed. “Very, very disappointing, and you’re just going to have to add it to the undue pressure of social media as a new mother is to look like yourself in just a few weeks after they are born.”
“Are you sure that you’re having a baby?!” another was concerned about.

Itsines’ supporters, meanwhile, rushed to her rescue.
“Can we please stop it with the [body shaming], and a community of women that provides support for a pass, instead of shaming due to the weight of a person,” is a prototype. “Everyone is different, and a fit, strong, looks different on everyone, because not everyone has the same body shape, genetics etc., etc.”
“Yay! You look great,” another as friends.
If Itsines’ take a look at the fit, the mother apparently paid no mind to the negativity. She posted another happy photo of herself in a blue sports bra and shorts set, with the endorsement of the famous Bikini-Body-program-Guide-on Thursday.
The social media starlet, and her partner, Tobi, Pearce welcomed their first child, a baby girl Arna even though, at the end of April.
