“The Spy Who Me Dumped” actresses Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon discussed “The Bachelor” finale with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres this week.
“The Bachelor” finale?? That’s what actress Kate McKinnon believes.
“The Spy Who Me Dumped” star discussed the ABC reality show in an interview Wednesday with Ellen DeGeneres, alongside co-star Mila Kunis.
During the interview, Kunis revealed that McKinnon “had a theory” that the finale of the show was “set up.”
The actresses were referring to Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. dumping Becca Kufrin in a Los Angeles home, after previously asking for her hand in marriage.
DeGeneres, who said she spoke with the jilted fiancee, and Kunis, who said she spoke with “The Bachelor” host Chris Harrison, insisted that was not the case.
“I recall my theory,” McKinnon announced, put her hands in the air.
DeGeneres said that Luyendyk Jr. “went there knowing he was going to break up with her, and cried out to the producers so they had cameras ready, but they (the camera people) did not know what was going to (happen).”
THE MOST SHOCKING ‘BACHELOR’ FINALE EVER?
McKinnon at one point launched in a faux re-enactment.
“So these guys are there, and they are just, they go ‘What’s going on? Josh, what’s going on?'” she said, to an imaginary camera. “And she went to the bathroom and they go and they end up crying for Becca. ‘Josh, how could he do this to her?’ So that was it?”
“Yes,” said DeGeneres, calling it “a really good show” for the view of cameramen react to the reality show.
McKinnon quickly played a member of the crew, a joke, “Josh, we have to stop this.”
Holding her “own” camera, DeGeneres joked, “It’s so unfair. She asked him to leave so many times. And we are still filming her crying. He is just staring at her!”
