Sr., Kamala Harris, D-Calif., and Planned Parenthood have come under fire after he judges Brett Kavanaugh is accused to describe contraceptives as “abortion-inducing drugs” — if he is only a summary of the position of a pro-life group.
The flash point came on Thursday, when Kavanaugh was asked, on his Supreme Court hearing a case, he ordered that the involved priests for life, the challenge to Obamacare’s contraceptive mandate, which the group said violated their religious beliefs.
“This was a group that was forced to certain type of health coverage over their religious objections to their employees. And under the religious freedom Restoration Act, the question was, first of all, this was a substantial burden on the religious exercise? And it was quite clear it,” Kavanaugh said, the legislature seemed to me, on the Senate judiciary Committee.
“It was a technical question you to fill out a form, in this case,” he said. “In this case, you would fill out the form said, make them complicit in the regulation of abortion-inducing drugs, which they were, as a religious matter objected to.”
Pro-choice and anti-Kavanaugh groups seized on his reference to the “abortion-inducing drugs.” Harris tweeted from the video, but you cut the Foreword, which showed that Kavanaugh makes it clear that he was a summary of the arguments of the priests for life. The video introduced the reference than his own.
Harris accused Kavanaugh of choosing his words very carefully and said, “This is a dog whistle for the go after birth control.”

Planned Parenthood, in a press release, also with the left, the words “you said” and later realized the error, according to CNN. However, they suggested that Kavanaugh had used what they thought was a suspicious language.
“The argument for the advocates of priests for life, was that they said contradicted all birth control” spokeswoman Beth Lynk of the outlet. “Kavanaugh, the testimony of his description of their complaint records all types of birth control as” abortion-inducing drugs.'”

Senator Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, who sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said that the controversy was proof that Kavanaugh had carried out, as well as at the hearing.

Kavanaugh’s trial was marked by controversy and constant protests from Democrats and activists in the public gallery. He is still expected, to be confirmed, due to the Republican majority in the Senate.
