Kamala Harris doubles down on call for Kavanaugh’s indictment: The allegations are ‘credible’

Sr., Kamala Harris, D-Calif., reiterates its call for the impeachment of the Supreme court of justice Brett Kavanaugh of the following criticized the New York Times story, the revived sexual misconduct allegations.

Appearing on MSNBC Monday night, Harris referred to Kavanaugh’s confirmation as a “pseudo-demand process”, it was not “given all of the information that” at the time that was available.

“Christine Blasey Ford, who had literally nothing to gain by coming forward to… nothing to gain. She had this perfect life. And you looked at the fact that this guy was the nomination and said, “the American people had a right to know what I know,” and she was treated like a criminal,” said Harris.

The 2020 hopeful blasted the White house for the scope of the FBI investigation into Kavanaugh and said the process of confirming it “has led to a crisis of confidence in the court.”

“Yes, I’m calling for the indictment,” Harris MSNBC host Rachel Maddow said. “I think it’s the cleanest way for us to have an investigation of these allegations, and we should open an investigation of these allegations.”

She added that “the American people and the system of justice,” to earn a meaningful investigation and proposed later on, an “external consultant.”
