Justin Theroux has won another round in his legal battle against a neighbor, as a judge has ruled that a man needs to stay out of the actor’s property, up to the end of duking it out in court.
He, 47, is called the real estate attorney and a downstairs neighbor Norman Resnicow in 2017 and accused him of conducting a campaign of harassment that began when the actor, who lives with wife, Jennifer Aniston, 50 — the beginnings of a $1 million renovation at its West Village condo.
Manhattan, a Judge of the Supreme court by Gerald Lebovits on Monday ruled in He’s favor, call for a temporary restraining order against Resnicow for a preliminary injunction, which will remain in place until the case is over.

Lebovits — who earlier this month was on the side of the He decision Resnicow, had trespassed on his property, and in Monday’s decision, said that, Resnicow, had sexually harassed a potential witness in the case.

In May, Resnicow, had to cough up $23,000 for violating the TRO by sending them to an alleged hostile e-mail to the chairman of the co-op’s board.
Monday’s ruling doesn’t allow Resnicow, for the duration of the event to go on He’s property without his consent, threatening a possible witness, to contact the members of the co-op’s board, and the use of “foul language” in the direction of everyone in the building could be a witness.
