Avenatti is a new charge, and accused of identity theft and fraud against his former client, adult film star Stormy Daniels, who claimed she had a sexual relationship with Donald Trump years before his inauguration as President.

Avenatti, the advance allegedly stole $ 300,000 from Daniels’ book, the prosecutors claim that he used to keep his extravagant lifestyle, including to pay for, among other things, a monthly car payment on a Ferrari.” The disgraced lawyer already faces dozens of other criminal charges and the possibility of more than 300 years in prison.
