Kerry says he still speaks with European, Iranian diplomats
Trump administration officials say the former Secretary of state John Kerry is trying to undercut U.S. policy, when it comes to Iran; rich Edson reports from the State Department.
The former Secretary of state John Kerry is slammed, for the implementation of shadow diplomacy with Iran, after several meetings with Iranian officials behind the backs of the Trump-management-including the scrapped nuclear deal.
An administration official on Thursday told Fox News, Kerry’s shameful, “show to kill by the Iran-supported militias,” and injure people in Syria, Iraq and Yemen.
Other Republicans suggested that it may also be legal.
“John Kerry is advising Iran to maneuver as to what Donald Trump does, it’s insidious,” Ari Fleischer, the former White House press secretary for George W. Bush, said Wednesday on Fox News Special Report””. “I don’t know whether it is legal or illegal, I’m not interested in that page. It is wrong.”
John Kerry’s intervention in the shadow of diplomacy?
Kerry, the former Massachusetts senator, who has worked as the nation’s top diplomat, the Obama administration, from the comments about his interactions with Iran, as he promotes his new book “Every day Is Extra.”
During an appearance on Hugh’s Hewitt ‘ radio show on Wednesday, Kerry confirms meeting with Iranian foreign Minister Javad Zarif “three or four times” since leaving office, to admit, to discuss the scrapped nuclear deal and other issues.
“What I’ve tried to elicit from him what Iran might do to be ready to change the dynamics in the Middle East for the better,” Kerry said.
Later Wednesday during an appearance on Fox News’ “The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino,” Kerry does not Trump deny, to wait for the proposal, he says, the Iranians, until there is a Democratic President again.
“I think everyone in the world speaks of the waiting period, President Trump,” said Kerry, who ran unsuccessfully for President in 2004 and who has not ruled out 2020 bid.
It was first reported in may, Kerry met Mohammad Javad Zarif, as he worked, to the preservation of the thing, as part of the Boston Globe called it an “aggressive, but Stealth” mission, in order to keep pressure on the Trump administration, the offer in any form. Kerry was part of the team that negotiated the deal for the Obama administration.
Trumpf in may, though, announced plans to leave the Iran nuclear deal that has violated the Pact retaining the country’s nuclear ambitions. Last month, the Treasury Department sanctions made against Iran.
It has been suggested that Kerry’s meetings with high-ranking foreign heads of state and government could be against the Logan Act, which forbids citizens from the negotiations on behalf of the U.S. government, without permission. No one has yet been prosecuted successfully under the act, but.
“That is the question: what do John Kerry?” Fleischer asked Wednesday on “Special Report”. “What he wanted to say, what the specifics were? I don’t think it was the general, I think he gave the Iran the advice about waiting, as you, President Trump.”
Other suggested hypocrisy was to play, because the proposals violated the trump card of national security Advisor Mike Flynn, the Logan Act for his meeting with the Ambassador in Russia during the transition. Flynn was not charged with against the law.
The “shadow cabinet sec of state” John Kerry, the implementation of parallel diplomacy 2, US-Gov with a regime on the U.S. terrorist list, is normal.
