Jodie Whittaker plays the first female Doctor Who
Jodie Whittaker is the first actor in the skin of the legendary character Doctor Who creeps. BBC One revealed the identity of the new Doctor Who Sunday after the mannenfinale of Wimbledon.
Whittaker takes the role of Peter Capaldi.

The 35-year-old English actress played in series such as Broadchurch and The Assets. She was also seen in films such as Venus, One Day, and Black Sea.
