Michel van Egmond, which had previously been under more books, wrote about René van der Jibe and Wim Kieft, is working on a biography about Patty Brard.
Van Egmond makes the book, together with his partner, journalist Antoinnette Scheulderman, that the 63-year-old Brard for the book will be available for an interview.
That reveals Brard Monday in RTL Boulevard. “The coming year is going to be,” says the presenter, who in the past year more than 30 kilos fell off after a gastric. “Michel, the great writer, follows me the next year. It’s a special project.”
It is intended that the book comes out in 2020, if Brard 65 years of age.
Van Egmond said earlier in conversation with NU.nl that his books are the Jibe and Kieft, not biographies. “What I usually do: I appear in a person’s life at a given moment and I walk for a while, just until I have enough information to get a period in a person’s life to describe, and there a little line to get in,” explains Van Egmond.
“If you do that, I find it almost logical to later come back again, because such a life does not, of course, at the time my book there is.”
