When it comes to staying in shape, Jenny McCarthy keeps it simple.
“I can’t walk anymore, my bones hurt,” the 45-year-old star says Fox News.
“So everything I do is an incline of 15 on a treadmill, and then I keep my hand weights, and I look at ‘Game of Thrones’ or ‘Housewives’ and I literally box, while I walk uphill, and that is all what I can do for 45 minutes per day. That is all I have in me.”
McCarthy, who was once asked to join the “Housewives” franchise, admits she is an avid fan of the reality series.
“New York is one of the most original and scariest,” the shares of the “Masked Singer” right.
“Beverly Hills is a bit flammable to me means that she is a little fake, but I still enjoy. New York wins now… I miss Carole [Radziwill] although,” McCarthy, ” says the 54-year-old cast member, who announced she was leaving the show in July.
But the actress has not only viewed reality tv, McCarthy also appeared in her own reality program for three years next to the man, Donnie Wahlberg called “Donnie Loves Jenny.” However, in 2015, the couple said goodbye to the A&E series after the star’s son, Evan, expressed he didn’t want to be shown on the television.
“The first day of the Season 3 he will stop,” McCarthy says of her 16-year-old son, who she shares with ex-husband John Asher. “And I’m like the cameras are in the house. We signed a contract, and I go, ‘Evan, you just can get through 10 episodes? And he goes, ‘I can’t deal with the puberty on television. You can’t do this.’ I go, ‘You know what, I’m not going to ‘Honey Boo Boo’ you’.
“We’ve shot him, and I told the network, I can’t do it now,” McCarthy explained. “I can make my child do something he does not want to do.”
Since their lives have taken from the camera, McCarthy says that the mother-and-son pair are spending a lot of quality time with each other, most recently, on the road as she is currently teaching him how to drive.
“He is a good driver,” she notes. “He is so sweet… He is my life. He is my everything.”
“We have a nocturnal calls, every night,” she continues. “We have a meeting where the open talk, can you tell me something, you’re never in trouble if you talk to me about, and it is the most bonding, of the good things we have together.”
