Jennifer Lawrence, left, gave an awkward reaction from Joanna Lumley ‘ s, right, during the 2018 BAFTAs.

On Sunday night, A-list crowd swarmed to London for the annual BAFTAs. The british actress and ‘Ab Fab’ star Joanna Lumley her hosting debut, the acquisition of the duties of veteran host Stephen Fry for the first time in 12 years.
But when the time came for Lumley, 71, to share the stage with Lawrence, things got awkward.

I have never been so angry as to actually tweet about a celebrity, but that note with Joanna Lumley was very rude!!!!!! For some ways to #JenniferLawrence and grow up. You came across as a spoiled! Joanna Lumley is the most friendliest lady in your industry. Shame on you!

Never liked Jennifer Lawrence. (Joan Rivers was when she had her nickname “Miss Arrogance”) and she was so rude to Joanna Lumley last night. I think that Joanna meant hottest as in most of the question, not in looks. Either way, Jennifer came off as a snobby nest.

And although Lawrence has her fair share of haters, some people defended the actress says that she is treated the compliment modestly, and her reaction was not as big of a deal as others were making it.
Surprised by anyone to accuse Jennifer Lawrence of being rude to Joanna Lumley. Joanna introduced her as the “hottest actress on the planet’ and ‘delicious’. Jennifer laughed and modestly described the compliment as a ‘bit much’, but thanked her for. How is that rude? ?

Lawrence has never been one to shy away from saying exactly what is on her mind.
During an interview for Variety Studio’s “Actors on Actors” in November, the actress told Adam Sadler that the only way to “defend” themselves from the fans is “incredibly rude.”
“I turn into a huge–a hole,” Lawrence said on the show.
In 2016, the famous actress called out a reporter in the Golden Globes press room to his phone.
After the set of Lawrence a question, she yelled at the reporter and said: “You can’t live your life behind your phone bro. You’re simply not going to… You can’t do that. You must live in the now.”
And recently, Lawrence decided to scream, her feelings over a plane intercom on a Delta flight from New Orleans to Los Angeles. The actress took the flight of the speaker to do cheer for the Eagles in the Super Bowl Sunday.
“Everyone, this is not the pilot to speak. This is Jennifer Lawrence,” the actress said over the speaker. “It is February 4th, Super Bowl Sunday, and we all know what that means. Can I be a ‘Fly eagles fly’? Fly, eagles, fly! Fly eagles fly!”
The actress was not all. Lawrence then proceeded to the re Kristin Wiig monologue from the movie “Bridesmaids”, where the actress also took the aircraft out of the intercom.
“There is a colonial woman on the plane, they wear –” Lawrence began, but then was completely cut off by a flight attendant who came behind her.
The actress, who just attended Amy Schumer surprise wedding in Malibu, expressed her thoughts during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, admitting that the “beachy” wedding vibe is not her thing.
“A few people wanted to go down and walk on the beach and I was like, ‘No. I understand the beach. I just don’t care.”
