Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley reveals she had ‘mommy ‘ guilt’ about returning to ‘Jersey Shore’ in a new interview with Page Six.
Back to “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” was not an easy decision for Jenni “JWoww” Farley.
After last Thursday’s Season 2 premiere, in which the mother of two opened up about son Grayson’s development-problems, Farley had not expected the tremendous support that they receive for the parts of the story.
“Oh my God, it’s overwhelming,” Farley, 32, told Page Six this week. “I never thought in a million years that by putting that there, would come back.”
Although Farley had the trip to Las Vegas, it was not without second thoughts of leaving behind her family, which also includes the 4-year-old daughter Meilani.
“I was torn, going to Vegas, because I am a mother first, and even though that’s my job and I love my roommates, it was as if mother guilty times a thousand. I am now able to make it? Who is going to take over his [Grayson’s] appointments? Am I doing the right thing? I’m a really sh—y mother for him to go with my family, and that is where I was torn with,” Farley explained.
Man, Roger Mathews, is a useful source of support, and Farley’s co-stars also have more where 2-year-old Grayson is involved.
Nicole [‘Snooki’ Polizzi], my ride or die, and best friend, the other day it is, How is he? What should he do? He has said nothing, done nothing?’ Even Deena [Cortese], the boys, everyone is incredible,” Farley shared.
As for Cortese, who is currently her first meatball in the oven, Farley said she is open to all the questions of the mom-to-be can have.
“I always told her if you have any questions, I will always be there, but I never want to give you unwarranted advice, because I remember that people used to give it to me all the time, and I want to Relax.” With her, I said, ‘Do you need help finding a nativity scene? Happy to give you a contact for nursery furniture. These are the best products that helped me.'”
Cortese, 31, is expecting a baby boy with husband Chris Buckner at the end of the year.
“Jersey Shore Family Vacation” airs Thursday at 8 p.m. on MTV.
