Following the announcement of a hiatus in the middle of a very public controversy between him and former mentor, Tati Westbrook, to the 20-year-old beauty blogger and will be returned on Tuesday, with a new YouTube entry.

The video, called ” Hi, Sisters,” that included a Pride-themed makeup tutorial at all, even though Charles took a moment at the top of the long post to the address of his or her absence.

The fall-out from follow-up in the next few weeks, with Charles, lose millions of Instagram followers. Charles’ online clothing store, the Sisters Dress, even briefly, and disappeared in the middle of the drama.

“I’d hate to have to stop. I want to have the pick of the sides, and the misuse of memes and the language of it, and that’s all … I really hope both sides can stop it,” said Westbrook. “That’s not the reason why I made the video.”
Days later, on May 18, Charles is placed in what would be his last video for “Hi, Sisters,” the use of the platform, in order to clarify some of the controversy. He also addressed the allegations of sexual harassment, the sharing of screen shots of a conversation between him and a waiter from the space needle, during which the server identifies as bi-sexual Charles.

In his most recent video, though, and Charles says that he took a bit of time to “detox”, and he’s ready to get back to doing what he loves.
He also announced that he would donate a “large portion” of the proceeds of a number of of the next collection, the Trevor Project, a non-profit organization for suicide prevention, and crisis intervention to LGBTQ teens.
