Jada Pinkett Smith revealed she previously battled sex addiction.
Jada Pinkett Smith spoke about her previous struggles with various addictions, including sex, on her new show.
In Monday night’s episode of “Red Table Talk,” Smith said, “she had had a sex addiction of some kind.”
“My kind of addiction to jumping. They jump around,” the actress said. “When I was younger, I definitely think I had a sex addiction of some sort, yes, all of that can be solved by sex. You know what I say?”
This is not the first time that the 46-year-old has spoken about sex and pointed to her addiction. She gave in to her daughter Willow Smith that she uses sex toys when she was 21 to give itself “five orgasms per day.”
“I have a lot of experience with sex toys — a lot,” Smith said in a previous episode. “I don’t think I’ve used toys with a partner, but I’ve used toys a lot only. I gave myself a multiple first. Multiple orgasms. I was really into it at one point.”

Smith also revealed in Monday’s episode, she would go through periods of developing an addiction to certain actions, including the gym and alcohol.
“I remember reaching a bottom that time, I was in the house by myself and I had two bottles of wine and went for the third bottle,” Smith said. “And I was like, ‘Now keep. You are in this house by yourself to go on the third bottle of wine? Maybe you have a problem.'”
The actress said that she went “cold turkey” and cut the alcohol out of her life. Smith added that she is a “binger.”
She continued, “I always have to look at myself and I may just be obsessed with things. It is not what you do but how you are. Why you do it. It is the behaviour that is linked to because if you want to have a lot of sex, that’s great, but why have you been having sex?”
“That is what you have to look at,” Smith said.
