(Reuters) – Verizon Communications Inc. (CH.(N) has pulled out of the RSA cyber security conference, by a corona virus-related issues, the organizers said here on Friday.
RSA also said that AT&T’s cyber security will not take part in the conference, taking into account the total number of firms, which can be pulled out up to fourteen years of age. These include six from China, seven from the United States and one in Canada.
Last week, International Business Machines Corp’s (IBM.(N) also withdrew from the conference over similar issues.
The corona virus, which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan, killing more than 2,200 people on the Chinese mainland.
The event will take place in San Francisco between Feb. 24 to 28.
