Intel may yet again smartphonechips make
Chip maker Intel may yet again processors to develop for smartphones. Earlier this year the company announced that it would stop.
Then hint Intel-driver Venkata Renduchintala in an interview with PCWorld.
“We had a number of mobile chips which I think they aren’t worth it to go through. But that doesn’t mean that the mobile platforms do more,” said Renduchintala.
The Intel ceo says “less to talk and more to want to do”, but wants to continue a little lost about the plans of the chip maker. “When we had something to say, we do that.”
Renduchintala feed further out into virtual reality, which, according to him, growth opportunities for the pc market. “I think it can make for a whole new branch of products.”
