Inspection Youth care examines quality help to children-victims
The Inspection Youth care has started a study of health care providers who provide assistance to meisjesslachtoffers of loverboys and human trafficking. The research focuses on the quality of the specialized youth, according to the inspection Tuesday.
The researchers are looking under more or jeugdwelzijnswerkers adhere to the rules for the care of victims, the guarantee of safety and to the quality of the living environment.
The research is being done in behalf of state secretary Martin van Rijn (public Health). Following is a report of three years ago which showed that there is still no integrated approach for victims. The number of young victims of loverboys and human trafficking takes years.
The final report of the research is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
Since January in the Netherlands there is a national hotline for loverboys, founded by Terre des Hommes.
