The Indiana State Police Sgt. Stephen Wheeles tweeted on Monday that “waste is always a bad thing…. [however,] the Clutter by throwing a used nappy out of the window, right in front of a police officer is asking for a ticket…”

The sickening incident took place on Interstate 65 in Johnson County, according to the Indianapolis Star. Wheeles on the road when he noticed someone dropped a diaper in the back seat.

“I was on my way home from work at the Indiana State Fair, get tired, and didn’t really expect it,” Wheeles, told the news outlet. “It was getting in my car and it bounced a couple of times…it’s not something that I could really let it fly.”

The sergeant told him that his car was not damaged and did not even need a wash and the diaper toss-up, but the revolting episode, leading to a slight traffic jam, which led to a littering citation.
