PARIS (Reuters) – Online retail giant Amazon (AMZN.D) given a penalty of € 4 million ($4.5 million) by a Paris court on Monday for the introduction of unfair contract terms in its agreements with third-party vendors, as well as French’s website Nextinpact have been reported.
The decision of the commercial court of Paris, was not immediately available. Neither Amazon France or French anti-anti-consumer-fraud office and the ministry of finance, which is the case for the judge to return requests for comment.
