A Texas man is being sought by the authorities, and the separation from his wife, apparently without her knowledge.

Paul Nixon, 51, allegedly broke up with the ex of his wife, with the help of forged documents behind her back, authorities claimed. Nixon’s wife, told investigators on the 14th of May to the husband, “divorce and completed all the procedure, without her knowledge or consent, and that the court has already found that all the hearings and filed the final divorce decree.”

Nixon, of Harris County, submitted several forged documents and false information to a court, including a false statement of the distance of the service, and the signature of a notary public, in an attempt to get his wife to divorce,” according to a press release posted on the constable’s Facebook page.

Nixon’s wife was very surprised,” Constable Mark Herman, told the New York Post. “In this particular case, the guy decided to go through with a divorce, but the only problem is, he left his wife in the process. And that would be in violation of the law here in Texas.”

The cop said Nixon’s wife, began to search for something, to show that he had the money on jewelry, so she’s facing him, and he told her that they were actually divorced.”

Nixon and his wife were only married for a couple of years before he went forward with the divorce without her.

The divorce should be vacated because it was filed in a fraudulent manner, the officials said. Herman said, mr. Nixon, and his wife, “are still legally married.”

Nixon wants to be aggravated perjury, and we have a no-bond warrant out for his arrest.
