(Ap) – Ride-share provider, Via said on Thursday, along with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to provide you with a flat-rate for shared journeys to the City of New York’s LaGuardia Airport, which is plagued by traffic congestion and the limited access to the public transport network.
