A New Mexico woman, was fatally shot after allegedly stumbling upon a surprise when you play the Pokémon Go out with her friend Friday night, officials said.
Cayla Campos, 21, was driving with her friend in close to Bianchetti Park in Albuquerque, new mexico, just before midnight, and the play of the game, when the couple allegedly saw the crime unfold.

We’ve quickly tried to get away, but the perpetrators fired several shots into her vehicle, KOB reported. She was hit in the back of the neck, and then crashed into a nearby home, police said. She was later pronounced dead at the University of New Mexico Hospital. It was not immediately clear whether we’ve a friend, who was identified by police, was injured in the shooting or the crash.

The woman’s father, wrote on Facebook that we’ve “been murdered in cold blood.”
“Everyone who knew her, we lost a very special person. You’ll never leave my mind baby!!! I don’t know how I will live without you,” the father, Carl Campos, said.
The 21-year-old friend, Cody Bell, and told KRGE we’ve “it was just a wonderful person. She was my best friend. I’m just devastated that she’s gone.”

“Her and her boyfriend always make a loop around the park before she has to go home and play it Though, because the apartment is situated, literally, right there,” Bell said.
Investigators said a red car, possibly a Ford Mustang, a silver four-door sedan were involved in the attack. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact Albuquerque Police Department at the 505-242-2677.
