WARSAW (Reuters) – Chinese telecom company Huawei has not seen a delay in the sale of equipment of the end user so far in Poland, the company’s senior standards manager in Europe said on Wednesday.
“We do not see a decline in sales to Huawei equipment here.. but if the situation continues, and at some point will impact our business”, Georg Mayer said at a press conference in Warsaw.
The Polish government is considering with the exception of Huawei equipment of the future 5G network about the concern first raised in the United States that Huawei technology and can be equipped with a back-doors, sources told Reuters in January.
