HTC reveals new Desire phones in ‘art deco style’
HTC has Tuesday two new smartphones in its Desire series announced. The Desire 10 Pro and Lifestyle have relatively good specifications in a new housing with accents of gold colored metal.
The casing is made largely of plastic, but the phones have metal elements on the back. According to HTC, the phone is inspired by the art deco style at the beginning of the twentieth century.
Both the Pro and Lifestyle have a screen of 5.5 inches, the resolution on the Pro is higher. This is a device that shows 1920 by 1080 pixels, while the Lifestyle 1280 by 720 pixels can show.
Internally, the Pro a Helio P10-chip, 3 or 4 GB of ram, 32 or 64 GB of storage, and cameras 20 and 13 megapixel.
The Lifestyle must make do with a Snapdragon 400, 2 GB or 3 GB of ram, 16 or 32 GB of storage and cameras of 13 and 5 megapixel.
In the United Kingdom is the Desire 10 Lifestyle available immediately for 249 pounds (converted to 290 euros). The price of the Pro, next month should appear, is not yet known. It is also unclear when the devices in the Netherlands will appear.
