A source close to the couple told us that the Horne “is a manufacturer who let everyone down with false promises and do not have the capacity to do what he said he would do. He has a kind of extort from the Kemsleys with the threat of publicity and a made-up lawsuit that is now in the realm of the imagination. He did not advance any money nor did he invest in the company. His behaviour to Dorit and her team was unacceptable and his actions have caused the company much damage. A lawsuit will be vigorously defended and contested.”
