The containment Realistic Exploitative Electronic a pedophile robot (CREEPER) was adopted the law unanimously in the house by a voice vote. It defines the “child sex doll” as “an anatomically correct doll, doll, or robot, with the characteristics of, or with properties similar to those of a small, intended for use in sexual acts.”
Rep. Dan Donovan, R state of New York, said the step was important, since such robots can be, you need a gateway for the offender to move on to child abuse.

The legislation says that to simulate dolls and robots make rape easier by teaching how to overcome resistance and subdue a victim, with a couple of robots, including the settings rape.
“I’m sad that there are people in this world, would be the most realistic child sex dolls and dismayed that there are people in this world, who would you buy,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., said, according to McClatchy.

Donovan ‘ s office said in a statement that such dolls — often include accessories such as false eyelashes, wigs, warming devices, and cleaning tools imported from China, Hong Kong and Japan.
The bill says that there is a correlation between the possession of dolls and robots, and participation in child pornography, and that some owners of the robots have made their children interact with machines as if they were members of your family.
The bill now the Senate is moving for the examination.
