The house Oversight Committee, said on Sunday that it will not comply with a request this weekend by a lawyer for the trump presidential transition team, whether Special Counsel Robert Miller’s office improperly obtained transition documents as a part of its Russia-probe, say, should be decided the matter through the courts.

“We understand that the special counsel ‘ s office, in consequence of extensive use of the materials you received from the GSA, including materials that are susceptible to claims for privilege,” Langhofer wrote. He said the special counsel’s office also received laptops, mobile phones, and at least one iPad of the GSA.

Trump for America, the nonprofit organization that facilitates the transition between former President Barack Obama to the President’s trump card is.

The GSA, an Agency of the government of the United States, provided the transition team with office and hosted E-Mail Server.

“If we have received E-Mails in the course of our ongoing criminal investigation, we secured the account of the consent of the owner, or the corresponding criminal process,” Peter Carr, a spokesman for the special counsel ‘ s office, told Fox News.
