Our seas and oceans will fill slowly with plastic waste, but H&M has now a small part of it removed. The waste forms the basis for Bionic®, which was used in one of the designs in the new Conscious Exclusive collection. The smooth material, used in a graceful, pleated dress, is, according to H&M the proof that “the finest clothing environmentally friendly can be produced.”

H&M introduced previously ambitious sustainability targets: the company aims for 2020 100% sustainable cotton work.

The collection is from the 20th of april available in about 160 stores worldwide and online.
