Danny Boyle put Ewen Bremner, Ewan McGregor, Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle again for the camera as Scotland’s most deranged group of friends. Iggy Pops Lust for Life pops again through the speakers in a scene that winks to the first film.
Trainspotting was a true culthit in 1996, it was torpedoed by Danny Boyle and Ewan McGregor into the status of the UK’s next coming boys. The film told about five friends in the slums of Edinburgh, who out of boredom on the heroin deposit.
Boyle mixte shocking scenes with wacky comedy and a hip soundtrack. The movie ended, unfortunately, not good for Tommy (Kevin McKidd), but the other four should again make their appearance.
