Heather Locklear has been ordered to have a treatment program after pleading no contest to eight offences arising out of her, 2018 arrest, according to multiple reports.

The 57-year-old’s lawyer, Bill Haney, entered the plea on her behalf in the Ventura County Superior Court on Friday, according to The Ventura County Star. The actress was not present.

According to a local news source, the judge ordered Locklear to serve 120 days in the county jail. However, he was reportedly kept in the prison, on the condition that the “Melrose Place” alum, completing a 30-day treatment program, and comply with, the terms and conditions of her probation.

Locklear — who, it should enter into consideration by Feb. 6 — will be on three years of informal (unsupervised) probation, according to TMZ. They may not be the owner of or in possession of any weapon, nonprescription drugs, or alcohol.

Locklear was arrested twice in 2018 and beyond — once in February and again in June and July. During the February incident, Locklear was said to be under the influence when she was attacked, her best friend, and a responding officer.

In June, police responded to a call, and Locklear was allegedly under the influence, once again, attacking a police officer and an EMT.

As Per the paper, Locklear, was charged with five felony counts of battery on a peace officer, two misdemeanor counts of resisting a public servant and a misdemeanor count of battery on a medical technician.

In the court of law on Friday, Haney said Locklear was suffering from an illness at the time of the alleged incident and the possibility of a “personal crisis”, ” the outlet reported.

“They’re excuse for the social workers who were available,” Haney added.

A rep for Locklear, do not immediately react to Fox News’ request for comment.
