MILAN (Reuters) – A court in an application brought by the French Vivendi (VIV.PA) at Mediaset (MS. MI), for the preservation of the right to vote at, the Italian broadcaster’s plan to create a pan-European media business, has been set for the 29th of August, a source said on Tuesday.
The plan will be submitted to a vote at a shareholders ‘ meeting to be held on the 4th of September.
