Healthcare.gov approved fake applicants in undercover investigations, again

Healthcare.gov and state market places approved sting health care and the subsidies for the nine fake candidate in another Government Accountability Office, according to a report by the Agency.

The detective created 12 fake identities and sought to cover for you during the special enrollment period.

“For all of our fictitious applicant scenarios, we sought to act as an ordinary consumer would try to make a successful application,” the investigative Agency said. “For example, when the online applications, we set up a phone to complete the process, or E-mail the application, we were instructed.”

The Affordable Care Act requires that the market will validate and determine the application information to the eligibility through the review of a social security number, citizenship or residence status and the income of the households.
