A man is facing six months behind bars, as in the case of a break-in at Hawaii, asked for — and received — a phrase that, to him, locked up for five years.
“I just want to be five,” He Program, 34, told the astonished judge on Thursday, according to the Garden Island, the newspaper reported.
Program, had pleaded guilty to breaking into a Wailua house of the 2nd March, in exchange for a period of six months or more in prison.

The request for a lengthy sentence came after the owner of the house, said the break-in had been the traumatic memories of her and her son, according to the paper.
“We want to make sure that he gets help,” he said to the woman, according to the paper. “I don’t want to see him on the streets, and more. And that’s the end of the story.”
Program apologized because he asked her for an “open five.”

“I’m so sorry for what I did,” he was quoted as saying by the newspaper. “I wasn’t going to stay in the house. I was a little bit out of my mind. I believe that I deserve a period of five years.”
After delivering the sentence, Judge Randal Valenciano told the Program, “happiness,” according to the garden Island.
