Hackers leak episodes and script Game of Thrones’
Hackers say to 1.5 terabytes of information from HBO to have stolen. Below would be the episodes and a script of Game of Thrones.
Writes Entertainment Weekly. HBO has confirmed that there is a ‘cyber-incident’, but don’t want to say exactly what was stolen and how much information it goes. “We started an investigation and working with authorities and security”, reads the statement.
The hackers say the 1.5 terabytes of data from the company in your hands. Until now, there would still have to appear in episodes of the series Ballers, and of Room 104 was put online. Also, there would be written materials leaked from the script of the upcoming Game of Thrones episode.
Sunday sent the hackers an anonymous email to several journalists that the attack was announced. “There is a large leak coming, it has to do with HBO and Game of Thrones,” states the message. “HBO is going to be down.” It is not clear what the hackers continue to plan.
The extent to which the attackers speak the truth, is unclear. HBO is not the first studio this year with a hack. In april demanded the hackers money from Netflix in order to avoid that the new season of Orange is the New Black would be leaking. The streaming service refused and the series was indeed online.
In may threatened to hackers a copy of the fifth Pirates of the Caribbean online, and Disney would not pay. That the company did not. The CEO of Disney said later that there were never a hack had taken place.
