Greek ex-prime minister Papademos injured by the attack
The former Greek prime minister Lucas Papademos on Thursday were injured by an attack in the centre of Athens. In the car of the politician exploded an explosive that was hidden in an envelope.
According to the police were Papademos and his driver to the hospital. About his injuries, nothing is published. According to Greek state television, the injuries are not life-threatening.
Papademos was between 2011 and 2012 a short time prime minister of Greece. That was at the height of the financial crisis when he Greece within the EU had to keep. From 2002 to 2010 he was vice-president of the European Central Bank.
