Grassley gives Kavanaugh the Prosecutor for the extension to

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, late on Friday evening granted for the extension to Christine Blasey Ford to decide whether they testify for the Committee.

The new date was unclear, but Ford had requested, 10 am ET Friday, the deadline is extended to Saturday.

Ford has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, citing an incident she said occurred decades ago, when the two were in high school.

Grassley gave his latest extension of the decision in a tweet to Kavanaugh addressed, adding that he hopes that the judges can understand”,” its justification for the delay.

Shortly before midnight ET, Grassley, judge Kavanaugh, I have given just tweeted: “to decide whether a further extension for Dr Ford, if you want to go w the statement that you made last week, a testimony to the Senate to decide, they shld, so we can make more, I want to hear from you. I hope u understand. It is not my normal approach to undecided.”

Grassley later added: “With all the extensions we have Dr. Ford to decide whether you still want to be a testimony to the Senate I have the feeling that I got the game 2. Trombone in the judiciary orchestra and Schumer, the conductor of the orchestra.”

Friday 10 PM ET date was even issued an extension of the previous Friday morning before the deadline Grassley, the last shift.

Democratic senators and Ford had lawyers earlier on Friday, reacted negatively deadlines on the Republicans ” and requirements for a decision, to ask for another day.

Grassley first of all, Ford invited to testify Monday, and to respond to Ford until 10 p.m. Friday. That deadline passed Friday without an offer, according to Ford’s lawyers made it clear this week, Ford did not want to be proposed to testify Monday but she would have to do another day.
