Gracia, the first Premier League manager this season to leave

Watford have a manager Javi Gracia on Saturday, after more than a year and a half lay-offs. Spain is the first coach this season to leave the champions League and will be replaced by his compatriot Quique Sánchez Flores.

Watford will play next week against Arsenal
